A big consumer electronics company like Samsung should know if its is blatantly infringing on another company’s patent, but somehow they must have missed the road signs.

The new Samsung BlackJack appears to be remarkably similar to the RIMM Blackberry. The Samsung device is extremely similar to the new Blackberry Pearl.

To make sure that the problem is solved soon RIMM has sued Samsung and aggressively demanded that Samsung to "deliver to RIM for destruction" every item that bears the BlackJack mark that the company holds or has sold.

One has to wonder where all the garbage will go after the BlackJacks are torn apart.
