1951 Buffett pick: National American Fire Insurance

Warren Buffett frequently references the 1951 Moody’s manual as an example of his early successes in finding undervalued securities. Most recently, Mr. Buffett made a reference to the manual and a stock by the name of National American Fire Insurance to Sham Gad’s MBA class.

Shai Dardashti, founder of Dardashti Capital Management, recently sent me a copy of the original page from the Moody’s manual that Mr. Buffett made reference to. Enjoy.
