Markets in Europe were up slightly at 6.15 AM New York time.

The FTSE rose .1% to 6,350. British Airways was up 4% to 570.5. GlaxoSmithKline was down 1% to 1394. Reuters was up .4% to 442.25.

The DAXX was up .3% to 6,899. BMW was down 2% to 45.64. DeutscheBank was down ,8% to 106.31. Siemens was up 1.2% to 83.18.

The CAC 40 was up .3% to 5,693. Vivendi was down .8% to 31.28. Alstom was up 3% to 98.6.
