Cramer Thinks the Bears Are Losing

On today’s Wall Street Confidential video on TheStreet.com, Cramer is following Bear Stearns (BSC-NYSE) pop and interpreting that this means subprime is just not a huge worry right now like it was.  Cramer noted that gold is going down after Bernanke’s comments yesterday.  The bears failed to take it the market down much yesterday.  He thinks the bears are using ETF’s to knock the market down, but yesterday they couldn’t make the lows and the close bad enough for them to win.  Cramer thinks the bulls have the strength going into tomorrow’s mark-up for quarter-end.

When Cramer and co. taped that the markets were up, but now they are down.
