CMGI’s (CMGI-NASDAQ) ModusLink subsidiary has acquired full ownership of its Japan-based joint venture from Sasatoku Printing, which held a 60% interest in the J-V.  Unfortunately, financial terms were not disclosed.  The full release can be found here along with the quotes from management. 

If the terms were substantial they would have probably had to disclose it, so this probably didn’t eat up too much cash off its balance sheet.
