BP Rises, Europe Market Report 5/17/2007

Markets in Europe were up modestly.

BT (BT) fell 1.8% to 309.5. BP (BP) was up 1.5% to 565.5. Siemens (SI) was up .5% to 88.88. Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) rose 1.6% to 9.91.
