Asia markets rose. The Nikkei was up .9% to 17,557. NTT Docomo (DCM) was up 1.9% to 213000. Sony  (SNE) was up 4% to 6840. Toyota (TM) was down .3% to 7320.

The Shanghai Composite was up .2% to 20,955. China Netcom (CN) was up 3.9% to 20.75. China Petroleum (SNP) was up 1.4% to 8.15.

The Shanghai Composite rose over 1% to 4,072.
