XM Satellite Outage (XMSR)

XM Satellite (XMSR) has an outage that covers a number of its subscribers, but no one knows how many for certain. It is a clever way to convince the FCC that it needs to merge with Sirius (SIRI). It the satellites break, the companies need a back-up.
