Markets is Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei rose .1% to 18,169. Hitachi (HIT) was down 1.1% to 872. Sony (SNE) was up 1.9% to 6310.

The Hang Seng rose .3% to 22,220. China Petroleum (SNP) was up 1.9% to 1.3% to 9.1. China Unicom (CHU) was down 2% to 13.7.

The Shanghai Composite fell 2.1% to 3,816.
