Markets in Asia were up sharply

The Nikkei rose 1.6% to 17,459. Marubeni rose 5.8% to 1066. NTT Data rose 4.8% to 541000. Softbank rose 5.3% to 2875. Yahoo Japano rose 5.9% to 53500.

The Hang Seng rose 1.3% to 28,954. China Mobile (CHL) rose 2.1% to 134.8. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 8.6% to 11.06.

The Shanghai Composite rose 2.4% to 5,913.
