Markets in Asia rose.

The Nikkei was up .2% to 17,358. Docomo (DCM) was down 1.2% to 164000. Softbank was up 3.5% to 2630. Toyota (TM) was down 1.7% to 6450.

The Hang Seng rose 1.9% to 29,388. China Netcom (CN) rose 7.1% to 24.75. China Mobile (CHL) rose 5.3% to 14.07. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 10. 2% to 12.56.

The Shanghai Composite moved up 2.2% to 6,030.
