Asia markets moved higher.

The Nikkei rose .8% to 15,609. Casio rose 5% to 1393. NTT (NTT) rose 2.1% to 527000.

The Hang Seng rose 1.6% to 29,345. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 4.3% to 12.16. China Unicom (CHU) fell 3.8% to 16.34.

The Shanghai Composite moved up 2.6% to 5,043.
