Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei fell .3% to 12,707. NTT (NTT) rose 2.8% to 444000. Toyota (TM) fell 1.5% to 5260.

The Hang Seng rose .9% to 22,674. China Netcom (CN) fell 2.3% to 21.3. PetroChina (PTR) dropped 1.3% to 9.7%.

The Shanghai Composite dropped a fraction to 3,607.
