Markets in Asia rose.

The Nikkei was up 1.2% to 13,450. KDDI was up 4.1% to 691000. NEC was up 4% to 421.

The Hang Seng rose 1.1% to 24,534. China Life (LFC) rose 3.4% to 30.6. PetroChina (PTR) rose 2.7% to 10.72.

The Shanghai Composite moved up 4.5% to 3,560.
