Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei fell .5% to 13,250. NEC fell 2.9% to 409. Sony (SNE) fell 3.7% to 4210.

The Hang Seng fell .4% to 24,473. China Petroleum (SNP) fell 3.4% to 7.36. China Mobile (CHL) fell .4% to 127.8.

The Shanghai Composite rose .4% to 3,613.
