Markets in Asia were mixed

The  Nikkei rose 1.2% to 13,146. Docomo (DCM) was down 1.3% to 151000. Sony (SNE) was up 3.5% to 4190.

The Hang Seng rose .2% to 23,952. China Netcom (CN) rose 3% to 22.4. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 1.2% to 6.95.

The Shanghai Compiste fell 1.7% to 3,292.
