Markets in Asia were mixed with Shanghai up over 9%

The Nikkei fell .3% to 13,541. KDDI rose 1.8% to 668000. Yahoo Japan fell 2.3% to 51,500.

The Hang Seng rose 1.9% to 25,775. China Life (LFC) rose 7.8% to 33.75. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 3.7% to 8.45.
