Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei fell 1.7% to 13,926. Honda (HMC) fell 2.1% to 3350. KDDI fell 3.2% to 668000.

The Hang Seng improved .8% to 25,371. China Petroleum (SNP) was up 4.6% to 7.59. CNOOC was up 5.6% to 15.86.
