Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei fell 1.3% to 13,709. Nippon Oil was down 4.6% to 752. Toyota (TM) was off 1.6% to 5020.

The Hang Seng fell .3% to 24,216. Cathay Pacific was up 2.7% to 15.44. CNOOC was down 5.4% to 14.16.

The Shanghai Composite rose 2.5% to 3,459.
