Markets in Asia were mixed

The Nikkei rose 1.5% to 14,339. Honda was up 5.1% to 3530. Sony (SNE) was up 3.9% to 5280.

The Hang Seng was up .4% to 24,291. China Petro (SNP),eum was up 4.7% to 7.8. PetroChina (PTR) was up 3.1% to 19.34.

The Shanghai Composite wasup .9% to 3,434.
