Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei rose .1% to 12,761. Dentsu rose 2.3% to 220000. Japan Tobacco rose 2.6% to 428000.

The Hang Seng rose .5% to 21,277. China Mobile (CHL) rose 2.3% to 103.30. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 2.1% to 7.17.

The Shanghai Composite fell 2.7% to 2,704.
