Markets in Asia were mostly higher

The Nikkei rose 3% to 13,185. Canon was up 4.3% to 5,150. Honda (HMC) was up 5.3% to 4600.

The Hang Seng moved higher by .6% to 22,675. China Netcom (CN) fell 2.1% to 23.65. China Unicom (CHU) fell 1.8% to 15.98.
