Markets in Asia were mostly higher

The Nikkei rose 2.1% to 13,603. Honda (HMC) rose 3.8% to 3840. KDDI rose 5.6% to 619000.

The Hang Seng rose .8% to 23,326. China Life (LFC) rose 2% to 31.00. China Netcom (CN) fell 2.7% to 23.50.

The Shanghai Composite was up 2.6% to 2,910.
