Most markets in Asia were up slightly.

The Nikkei rose .1% to 13,354. Honda (HMC) fell 2.9% to 3650. NTT (NTT) rose 3.1% to 528000.

The Hang Seng moved up .1% to 22,752. China Petroleum (SNP) moved up 2.!% to 8.14. PetorChina (PTR) moved up .2% to 10.20.

The Shanghai Composite rose 1.3% to 2,903.
