Asia Markets 7/29/2008 (SNE)(TM)(LFC)(CHL)

Markets in Asia were off sharply.

The Nikkei fell 1.6% to 13,141. Ricoh was off 3.5% to 1697. Sony (SNE) was off 3.2% to 3210. Toyota (TM) was off 2.6% to 4750.

The Hang Seng fell 2.4% to 22,149. China Life (LFC) was off 3% to 28.75. China Mobile (CHL) was off 2.8% to 103.90.

The Shanghai Composite dropped 1.8% to 2,752.
