Markets in Asia were mostly lower.

The Nikkei fell  2.1% to 13,095. Bridgestone fell 3.7% to 1289. Casio fell 3.7% to 1289.

The Hang Seng dropped 1.5% to 22,398. China Mobile (CHL) was down 1.5% to 103.30. China Petroleum (SNP) was off 1.5% to 8.02.

The Shanghai Composite was up .9% to 2,802.
