  • Annaly Capital (NLY) Raised to Buy at Merrill Lynch.
  • Atmel (ATML) Started as Buy at UBS.
  • Dreamworks Animation SKG (DWA) Raised to Buy at Merrill Lynch.
  • Novartis (NVS) Raised to Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse.
  • Primedia (PRM) Raised to Neutral at JPMorgan.
  • Smurfit-Stone Container (SSCC) Raised to Buy at Goldman Sachs.
  • SonicWall (SNWL) Started as Outperform at Baird.
