Markets in Asia were lower.

The Nikkei fell 2.5% to 8,461, pulled down by Honda (HMC) and Mizuho Financial

The Hang Seng dropped 2.3% to 13,835.

The Shainghai Composite fell 1.2% to 1,873.

At the open, the FTSE waa down .1% to 4,038. The Dax was off 1% to 4,526 and the CAC 40 dropped .2% to 3,292.
