Asia Markets And Europe Open 12/3/2008

ChinaMarkets in Asia rose.

The Nikkei was up 1,8% to 8,004.

The Hang Seng rose 1.9% to 13,654.

The Shanghai Composite was up 4% to 1,965.

At the open, the FTSE was off .2% to 4,116. The Dax was down .7% to 4,498 and the CAC 40 was off .2% to 3,147.
