The Nikke fell 3.8% to 7,745.

THe Hang Seng was of ..4% to 12,603.

The Shanghia Compoite dropped .7% t0 1,991.

In Europe, at the open, the FTSE was down .3% to 4,014. The Dax was down .4% to 4,203.
