		<description><![CDATA[You are assuming the auto market does return...but to what level?  No one thinks it is going back to the 16m-17m level it was over the last 3 years.  If it gets back to 13m-14m that would be good but no one knows when that will be.  Sales for January for the industry were only in the 9.5m range....I don&#039;t think we are getting back to where we were anytime soon. ]]></description>
