Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) submitted a filing with the SEC that may raise some eyebrows, saying that Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen has resigned. Yahoo! is searching for a new CFO.  Jorgensen will remain as CFO at Yahoo! through a transition period.  Things have been going so well at the lagging search giant…. Or not.  You have to wonder if he thinks that the company just can’t regain its place or if CEO Carol Bartz needs a new CFO for her plans.
