Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei rose 1.5% to 7,568.

The Hang Seng dropped .2% to 12,874.

The Shanghai Composite dropped 1.8% to 2,083.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was down 1.5%. The Dax dropped 1.2% to 3,897. The CAC 40 fell 1.5% to 2,705.
