Asia Markets And Europe Open 5/28/2009

Markets in Asia were mostly higher with China closed.

The Nikkei rose .1% to 8,451.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was down .7%. The Dax was off 1.2% to 4,940 and the CAC 40 dropped 1.5% to 3,245.
