There is a new public company that is a specialty beer play, a trend we have seen less and less of in recent years after the roll-ups in the wine and beer industry.  Black Art Beer Importers (OTC: BLVI) is now listed as a public company, although this is not a true IPO.  This is still pink-sheet listed so it is not going to have one of the longest trading histories.

Black Art Beer is a premium brand beer that is brewed and bottled at the Braustolz Brewerei AG of Chemnitz, Germany. The company is moving to coordinate marketing and distribution to expand in the Americas.

The company is based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and we have little to no operating history to use as this merger is likely a reverse merger.
