Asia Markets Europe Open 7/16/2009

chinaMarkets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei was up .8% to 9,344. Toyota (TM) rose sharply.

The Hang Seng was up 1.3% to 1,6487.

The Shanghai Composite fell .2% to 3,184.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was off .3%. BHP Billiton (BHP) dropped over 1%. The Dax was off .4% to 4,910. The CAC 40 was down .3% to 3,169.
