Asia Markets And Europe Open 7/20/2009

chinaMarket in Asia were higher with China indexes advancing sharply.

Japan was closed for a holiday.

The Hang Seng rose 3.1% to 19,380.

The Shanghai Composte was up 2.4% to 3,267.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was up .5% to 4,410. Rio Tinto (RTP) was up 2.9%. The Dax was higher by 1% to 5,029. The CAC 40 advanced .7% to 2,341.
