Leap Wireless International (LEAP) Started as Buy at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
MetroPCS (PCS) Started as Buy at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
Microsoft (MSFT) Cut to Market Perform at FBR.
Netflix (NFLX) Cut to Underperform at Oppenheimer.
Potash Corp. (POT) Cut to Neutral at JPMorgan.
ProLogis (PLD) Raised to Neutral at JPMorgan.
RadioShack (RSH) Raised to Outperform at RBC.
SunPower (SPWRA) Raised to Outperform at FBR.
