Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei rose 2% to 10,514.

The Hang Seng was up 2% to 21,263. 

The Shanghai Composite was off .7# to 2,925.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was up .5% to 5,029. The Dax was higher .6% to 5,610 and the CAC 40 was up .5%.
