Markets in Asia were mixed.

The Nikkei fell 2.3% to 10,202. Toyota (TM) fell.

The Hang send dropped. 1.1% to 20,929.

The Shanghai Composite rose 1.2% to 3,027.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE fell .4% to 4,969. Rio Tinto (RTP) fell. The Dax fell 1% to 5,569. The CAC 40 dropped by 1.2% to 3,692.
