Markets in Asia rose.

The Nikkei was up .7% to 9,790. Mitsubishi UFJ (NYSE:MTU) was down. Honda (NYSE:HMC) and Sony (NYSE:SNE) both gained.

The Hang Seng rose 1.6% to 21,830.

The Shanghai Composite was up .3% to 3,164.
