Markets in Asia fell.

The Nikkei was off 2.1% to 10,198. Toyota (NYSE:TM) dropped more on recall news.

The Hang Seng fell 1.2% to 20,122.

The Shanghai Composite was down by .2% to 2,989.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was up .7% to 5,180. The Dax rose .9% to 5,591. The CAC 40 was up .8% to 3,764.
