Will the Plundered Ever Shrug?

Savers delay consumption so we can have jobs, and business owners risk their net worth while offering us guaranteed wages. Their reward is to have politicians seperate them from their wealth so that they can hand it to the unproductive. The worry is that the plundered will either shrug, or worse, join the plunderers.
