Markets in Europe were narrowly mixed at 6 AM New York time.
The FTSE rose .4% to 6,124. Barclays (BCS) was up 1.8% to 599.5. Vodafone (VOD) was up .6% to 156.
The DAXX fell .1% to 7,422. SAP (SAP) was down .1% to 38.13. Siemens (SI) was down .9% to 88.18.
The CAC rose .3% to 5,490. Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) was down .3% to 7.89. BNP Paribas was off 1% to 75.12.
