Weyerhaeuser Co. (NYSE: WY) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at BMO Capital Markets.

Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) was downgraded to Neutral from the prized Conviction Buy List at Goldman Sachs.
