Itau Unibanco Holding SA (NYSE: ITUB) dropped about 3.8% on Wednesday to establish a new 52-week low at $11.49 against a high of $18.49. Volume was about equal to the daily average of around 12 million shares. The Brazilian bank’s stock began trading ex-dividend today.
Fifth Street Finance Corp. (NASDAQ: FSC) posted a new 52-week low on Wednesday. Shares dropped about 2.2% to $6.80 from Tuesday’s closing price of $6.95. The stock’s 52-week high is $10.20. Volume is more than 3-times the daily average of around 1.5 million shares. The stock is still being affected by a downgrade from Tuesday and reported loss on Monday.
The Andersons Inc. (NASDAQ: ANDE) dropped about 13.5% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low of $41.72. The stock’s 52-week high is $69.93. Volume was more than 5-times the daily average of around 255,000 shares. The ethanol refiner misse Street estimates this morning.
