Noble Corp. plc (NYSE: NE) dropped about 2.5% on Wednesday to post a new 52-week low of $5.30 after closing at $5.54 on Tuesday. The stock’s 52-week high is $14.64. Volume was around 20% above the daily average of around 8.8 million shares. The company had no specific news, but a second consecutive drop in oil prices is hurting the services companies.
