<p>Ariad Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ARIA) is <a href="http://vsinvestor.com/2009/11/ariad-screams-on-upgrade-aria.html" target="_blank">up 10%</a> as traders hope the analyst upgrade may hint at it being the next hot low price biotech stock.</p>
<p>East West Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: EWBC) is <a href="http://vsinvestor.com/2009/11/east-west-bancorp-buying-busted-bank-lovin-it-ewbc.html" target="_blank">soaring by 27%</a> on it winning in an FDIC-led bank takeover.</p>
<p>General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) is up again <a href="http://vsinvestor.com/2009/11/valuing-ges-nbc-unit-ge.html" target="_blank">by almost 3%</a> this morning on a likely NBC Universal valuation of close to $30 billion.</p>
<p>McDonald&#8217;s Corp. (NYSE: MCD) is <a href="http://vsinvestor.com/2009/11/mcdonalds-growth-from-overseas-mcd.html" target="_blank">up almost 1%</a> on same store sales, but U.S. same store sales remain more of a concern than some of its other growth.</p>
<p>Abercrombie &amp; Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) is <a href="http://vsinvestor.com/2009/11/abercrombie-raised-ahead-of-earnings-anf.html" target="_blank">up 5%</a> on an analyst upgrade.</p>

(NASDAQ: CEDC), hhgregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG), and from East West Bancorp (NASDAQ: EWBC).  We have also seen filings from Bemis Co., Inc. (NYSE: BMS), Intel Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC), Sterling Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: STSA), and CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF).  Ruby Tuesday Inc. (NYSE: RT) is also on deck with a 10 million share offering taht may come this week.<br />

Central European Distribution Corp. (NASDAQ: CEDC) had an 8.35 million share secondary priced at $24.00 after closing at $25.43.</p>
<p>hhgregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG) had a 3.5 million share secondary priced at $16.50, after closing at $17.06 yesterday.</p>
<p>East West Bancorp (NASDAQ: EWBC) had a 11 million share Secondary price at $6.35 after closing at $6.72 yesterday.</p>
<p>Bemis Co., Inc. (NYSE: BMS) filed to sell 7.5 million shares.</p>
<p>Intel Corp. (NASDAQ: INTC) filed to sell $1.5 billion of 30-Year junior subordinated convertible debt.</p>
<p>Sterling Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: STSA) filed for a $500 million shelf registration, yet its market cap is only $167 million.</p>
<p>CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) filed to sell $135 million worth of common stock, and its market cap is $511 million.</p>
<p>Ruby Tuesday Inc. (NYSE: RT) is likely to sell 10 million shares that may come this week.</p>

<p>Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Still dropping for losses and concerns about balance sheet. Down to $4.18 from 52-week high of $11.50. </p>
<p>Bank of America (BAC) Worries over losses and buy-out of Countrywide (CFC) Sells down to $28.93 from 52-week high of $52.96. </p>
<p>Merrill Lynch (MER) Brokerage stocks still being hurt by Lehman (LEH) results. Sell off to $35.66 from 52-week high of $91.95.</p>
<p>Continental Airlines (CAL) Like the rest, pressured by high fuel prices. Drops to $12.08 from 52-week high of $39.79.</p>
<p>Gatehouse (GHS) Newspaper stocks continue to fall. Dips to $3.18 from 52-week high of $19.60.</p>
<p>East West Bancorp (EWBC) Regional banks keep falling on mortgage concerns. Drops to $9.86 from 52-week high of $40.88.</p>
