Asia Markets And Europe Open (10/23/2009)

The Nikkei rose .2% to 10,283.

The Hang Seng was up 1.4% to 22,516. China Life (NYSE:LFC) and Sinpoc (NYSE:SNP) rose.

The Shanghai Composite was up 1.9% to 3,108.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was up .8% to 5,247. The Dax rose 1% to 5,820. The CAC 40 rose 1% to 3,857.

The Nikkei was up 1.4% to 10,640. Toyota (TM) gained as planned to cut costs.

The Hang Seng moved higher by .1% to 29,452. China Life (LFC) rose.

The Shanghai Composite was up 1.8% to 2,968.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE was down .3% to 4,900. BP (BP) fell. The Dax dropped .4% to 5,536. The CAC 40 was down .4% to 3,666.

The Nikkei rose .8% to 10,597.

The Hang Seng fell .7% to 20,724. China Life (LFC) fell over 2%.

The Shanghai Composite traded down 3% to 3,047.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE rose .3% to 4,769. The Dax rose .1% to 5,407. The CAC 40 rose .7% to 3,539.

The Nikkei rose 2.7% to 9,582. Sony (SNE) and Toyota (TM) both advanced.

The Hang Seng fell .6% to 19,380. China Life (LFC) rose and China Mobile (CHL) fell.

The Shanghai Composite dropped 1.6% to 3,213.

At the open in Europe, the FTSE fell .1% to 4,439. The Dax was flat at 5,031 and the CAC 40 fell .1% to 3,267.

Asia Markets And Europe Open 12/2/2008

JapMarkets in Asia were sharply lower.

The Niikkei fell 6.4% to 7,964. Honda (HMC) fell on a strong dollar.

The Hang Seng was off 4.8% to 13,636. China Life (LFC) and China Mobile (CHL) where both down.

The Shanghai Composite was off .3% to 1,890.

At the open, the  FTSE fell 1.4% to 4,010.48, the Daxx declined 1.4% to 4,331.01 and the CAC 40 lost 1.3% to 3,040.34.

JapMarkets in Asia fell sharply.

The Nikkei dropped 5% to 8,577.

The Hang Seng fell 5.2% to 13,586. HSBC (HBC) and China Life (LFC) both dropped sharply.

The Shanghai Composite was up 3.6% to2,298.

JapMarkets in Asia were sharply higher.

The Niikkei was up 3.8% to 11.921. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial ran up along with most other financial shares.

The Hang Seng rose 8.2% to 19.083. China Life (LFC) was up more than 7%. HSBC (HBC) was up more than 6%.

The Shanghai Composite moved up 9.5% to 2,075.
