Our total revenue was $63.9 million and $65.2 million, our net income was $4.6 million and $4.2 million and our adjusted EBITDA was $18.3 million and $21.0 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2015, respectively.
The company intends to use the proceeds from this offering to repay indebtedness and the remainder for working capital and general corporate purposes.
